Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the item. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After proccessing is complete customers receive an additional email with tracking codes and estimated delivery date.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We have warehouses all over the world with the majority stationed in China, Europe and the US. Our items are shipped directly form the manufacturer’s. This allows us to shorten delivery times and offer lower prices.
Due to covid-19 package deliveries may take longer than expected.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Netherlands. And if the product is in our local warehouse.
** Outside region delivery is only for countries not listed in shipment to addresses within region.
*** Import duties can vary between € 5 and € 25 depending on the country. We will not include import duties to the total order amount. Customers will receive an email from customs or the postal company requesting payment for package clearance and delivery.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Special shipping is optional and can be requested by contacting us before making your purchase. The shipping fee varies depenting on the delivery location. The costs for special shipping are between €50 and €75. And the delivery time usually takes around 7 to 14 days. (we do not recomment this option) After contacting us we will send our customers an order confirmation with payment options.
Shipment to addresses within region
www.creationsdepalm.com offers free shipping to addresses within the following countries: (ISO code) AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, GB, IE, IS, IT, SE, LU, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, US.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active when the package enters your country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
www.creationsdepalm.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs law third countries
This stands for the import duty that normally applies to the import of products from countries outside the EU. The ‘customs law third countries’ applies to products from countries with which the EU does not have a trade agreement, such as China and the United States of America. The whole of our products are stored at manufacturers in these third countries. For this reason you pay import duties if your product is imported from countries outside the EU (third countries).
www.creationsdepalm.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Most products are shipped without original box. These products are packaged in bubble wrap bags. For other products you may have the option to purchase with original box.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping.
It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. Please make sure that you are in an approved jurisdiction as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
