Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on the item. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. After proccessing is complete customers receive an additional email with tracking codes and estimated delivery date.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We have warehouses all over the world with the majority stationed in China, Europe and the US. Our items are shipped directly form the manufacturer’s. This allows us to shorten delivery times and offer lower prices.

Due to covid-19 package deliveries may take longer than expected.

* Fast delivery is only available for items displayed on the Fast delivery page.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the Netherlands. And if the product is in our local warehouse.

* Outside region delivery is only for countries not listed in shipment to addresses within region.

* Special shipping is optional and if package does not arrive within the estimated time, shipping fee will be refunded up to 75% depending on the shipping costs.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to addresses within region offers free shipping to addresses within the following countries: (ISO code) AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, CZ, DE, DK, ES, FI, GB, IE, IS, IT, SE, LU, NL, NO, NZ, PL, PT, US.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active when the package enters your country.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Most products are shipped without original box. These products are packaged in bubble wrap bags. For other products you may have the option to purchase with original box.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. Please make sure that you are in an approved jurisdiction as we cannot reship or refund orders that are confiscated by customs.
